Weddings at Glandyfi castle, Powys- Charlotte and Berwyn got married

Here’s the beautiful wedding of Charlotte and Berwyn.
They were married at Glandyfi castle in Powys. It was the first time I have been there to photograph a wedding. I love going to new wedding venues to photograph weddings. It gets the creative juices flowing and lets me do what I love doing.
I am pretty sure I haven’t photographed a bunch of bridesmaids who were quite so up for having a good time. Funny, excited, up for a laugh, it was a great day.
Myself, along with the bride and groom ended up at a waterfall for a few portraits too. It took a bit of contortion to get the shots, me lying in the mud as well, but the results are worth it 🙂
Pretty sure this was also the first time I have had a bride and groom climb a ladder to get onto a castle turret. It was a great, great wedding.
Finishing the day off with a lovely choreographed Viennese waltz for the first dance.
