July wedding at Soughton Hall
There are hot wedding days, then there was this July wedding at Soughton Hall.
Alison and David chose the hottest day since the big bang to celebrate their wedding. I’m not even exaggerating there!!
Saying that, would you want it any different on your wedding day? Nope, I didn’t think so.
Many of the family and guests travelled all the way from South Africa for this awesome day, so it was only right that the South African national flower, the King Protea, was front and centre in the bouquets. They definitely made a statement!!
A stunning outdoor ceremony.
Of course they had to do it. An outdoor wedding ceremony at Soughton Hall is always a treat, especially on gorgeous North Wales summer days.
With champagne in the garden afterwards it was a truly awesome day to be working.
We left the bride and groom pictures until the evening. Nobody wants to sweating their way though their wedding day. The light was just perfect for some lovely relaxed portraits.
The day finished off (for me anyway) with sparklers on the lawn. Just ace!
I’ll let the pictures tell the story far better than I can.
Enjoy.
