A June wedding at Hafod farm

A beautiful, sunny June wedding at Hafod farm

A beautiful, sunny June wedding at Hafod farm for you to see today.

It’s always a treat going over to Hafod farm. Just a stone’s throw away from Betws y Coed, it’s set in the amazing North Wales countryside, it really suits the more laid back, outdoorsy couple.

Kerry and Ewan were exactly that, and everything was just so chilled!

Anyone that brings dogs to a wedding is OK in my book. You just can’t have too many doggos wandering around! You’ll usually find me hanging around them giving them a scratch behind their ears.

You can’t beat a ceremony in the barn

If you have your wedding at Hafod barn you will usually have it in the barn. It’s a lovely space for a rustic farm wedding. Chuck in a tonne of candles and you’ve got the perfect, romantic wedding ceremony space.

The outside of it makes a great backdrop to your confetti throwing too.

Speeches, food, fun and games. All the good things at a June wedding at Hafod farm

I know when Anglesey hog roast are there it’s going to be epic! The spread they put on for Kerry and Ewan was absolutely gorgeous, just look and the pictures. They barely do it justice- you had to be there.

I loved the way the bride and groom styled their wedding breakfast too, rustic, but classy rustic! To be fair, you don’t really have to try too hard at Hafod farm, the bulk of the decor IS Hafod farm, you just need to fine tune it to your own taste.

Some really great speeches at this wedding, so it was fun photographing the candid moments and reactions.

Once the food and speeches were finished it was time for some fun in the sunshine. Kerry and Ewan had arranged for a mobile axe throwing company to set up in the field, and boy did it go down well with their guests. Even I got to have a go, and it’s definitely not as easy as it looks by the way.

With rounders and badminton set up it was a brilliant afternoon and evening at Hafod farm, capturing the fun and games.

Some bride and groom time, then PARTY!!

It wouldn’t be a wedding if we didn’t put aside a little bit of time to take the bride and groom away for some portraits. Honestly, it doesn’t need to take long, it’s literally 15 minutes out of the whole day, but those are important minutes. Leaving all your family and guests behind to take time to be into each other is a must. The time goes so quickly on your wedding day you really need this time to decompress, and just enjoy being married.

After those precious minutes it was time for the party. When Baker Wicked are on duty you definitely have the best time, long into the night.

What now then? We love your photography from this June wedding at Hafod farm.
